- Monthly Wellness Themes
Each month, new informational material is displayed on-site on various health and wellness topics throughout the year. Materials are customized to meet the organization’s specific health needs and address their aggregate risk factors.
- Monthly Health and Safety Presentations
Include a wellness component to Health and Safety Presentations. These presentations are customized for each organization. Presentations are conducted on-site by the Corporate Wellness Coordinator or videos are created and can be implemented by crew supervisors. Topics can include nutrition, fitness, stress management, effective medication use, and disease prevention and management.
- Individual Health Risk Assessments
An Individual assessment is conducted to determin the participant's current helth status in regards to their cardiovascular health, diabetes risk, and weight management. Measurements including cholesterol levels, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, blood pressure and blood glucose are collected. Results are generated immediately which provides each participant with the opportunity to review their results with the Corporate Wellness Coordinator to ensure understanding and receive one-on-one lifestyle coaching. Aggregate data is collected and used to design and implement the overall corporate wellness program to meet the needs and demands of each organization.

Distributed to all employees with practical information for themselves and their families about healthy living and acts as a communication tool to promote health enhancement initiatives.
Informational videos are available online to all employees on various health and wellness topics. This provides employees with further information to improve their awareness and motivate them to make healthy lifestyle changes.
- Wellness Coaching
One-on-one wellness coaching is provided to effective behaviour change in individuals to create greater quality of life and improved health.
- Fitness Training
One-on-one fitness training and tips are provided for employees.
- Stress Management
Stress is highly prevalent in our society with more than 50% of adults reporting high stress daily. Stress education and management skills are included in monthly wellness themes and additional help is available to employees experiencing high stress.
- Fatigue Risk Management
The creation of a fatigue risk management plan is essential to promote the health and safety of workers in the workplace and at home. Frameworks and educational presentations are designed to manage the health and safety risks resulting from fatigue related impairment. These programs are developed in collaboration with your company and tailored to your specific needs.
